• Disclaimer

As this is an e-commerce website, all our correspondences with our customer would be electronic hence any queries or doubts can be posted directly vide e-mails.Please read all terms and conditions below very carefully to prevent any kind of doubts or disputes after the purchase. Stitcharts.co reserves the rights to add, edit or remove any of the terms and condition with or without any prior notice to any of its associates i.e. customers, suppliers and service partners etc.

• Availability of the Product

We are committed to provide the fabrics and items of your choice; however, availability of fabrics is subject to stock on hand & vendor availability. We ensure timely inventory updates on our site, and any items which are out of stock would be notified next to it along with its renewal period or you would be suggested for any alternate item. However in cases of any items you have ordered is out of stock, the same will be notified to you within 48hrs of order placement. In such cases full refund or suggestions for any alternative item will be given. We reserve the complete rights to change, remove, alter etc., any items displayed on the site without any prior notice to you.

• Order Placing, Processing & Cancellation, Delivery

?Order Placing

Color Display

Placing order for an item should be with full conscience and will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Fabrics and products on our site are displayed with maximum perfection and matching to their actuals. Variations with respect to a different display unit used at your place cannot be avoided, but a zoomed view of every fabric is provided for better understanding.

• Measurements

All custom made orders are based on the measurements, styles, choice of fabrics, and options the customer provided on the website. All orders will be made with the sole discretion of our tailors' interpretation of information provided to us by you. We do not warrant unfit tailoring caused by inappropriate or incorrect measurement by the customers or misunderstanding on the part of the customer or incorrect use of metric units. Our tailors reserve the right to make their sole judgment on non-specified style or design by the customers and to make adjustment if necessary.

• Order Processing

Orders will be processed only on working days. Weekends (Saturday & Sunday in our country), National Holidays etc. will remain excluded from delivery timeline whether said or not. Similarly would be applicable in the case of Shipment. So kindly plan your order accordingly, especially for short deadlines.

Orders placed by our customer undergo various security procedures, where the requirement is analyzed and the measurements are cross-checked.Keeping in mind our customers preferences for the item they have ordered, we have classified our processing time into two as:

Priority Order:  In cases where our customers are in urgency for wearing the product on a special date, we take such orders placed into immediate production (provided all the information submitted are correct and the order is cleared for production in all sense) by charging an additional of INR Rs.500/-.As it is custom made, such orders can never be cancelled and no refund shall be claimed. For such orders we sum up our production at the earliest and items get shipped within 1 week. Kindly be cautious while placing an order under priority, as eventhough we can guarantee the item to be shipped from our side within 1 week, it depends upon your country and area on how many days it would take to ship and get delivered to you. Our customers can also opt for express delivery schemes provided by our courier partners for which the charges would be extra. Details about which will be communicated through the mail correspondences with our customer care.

Normal Order:  Here we provide a 12hr period for our customer to reconsider the details and inform us regarding any changes in details provided. This period can also be used to cancel any order or any last minute changes regarding delivery. Such orders would be processed and will be ready for shipment within 2-3 weeks (provided all the information submitted are correct and the order is cleared for production in all sense).As it is custom made, such orders can never be cancelled and no refund shall be claimed once it is taken into production.

Keeping in mind our best service to our customers, we provide order tracking system on our site where you can track the status of your order till it’s dispatched from our unit. Courier tracking details will also be provided separately after dispatch.

We request you to kindly read the disclaimer policy given in the 1st paragraph under T&C’S.

• Order Cancellation

Priority Orders and Normal Orders after 12hrs of order confirmation cannot be cancelled at any cost and no refunds shall be claimed regarding the same.We reserve the rights to cancel any of the order with/without prior notice.

• Date of Delivery:

Until and unless specified separately by the customer during order placement, the delivery of the goods would be a default of 2-3 weeks from the date of confirmation received by you.

• Alterations

We maintain finest quality in custom tailoring and try to achieve precision on the measurements provided by you. All custom made orders are based on the measurements, styles, choice of fabrics, and options the customer provided on the website. Measurements received from the customer would be scrutinized and cross-checked correctly by our tailors. All orders will be made with the sole discretion of our tailors' interpretation of information provided to us by you. Our tailors reserve the right to make their sole judgment on non-specified style or design by the customers and to make adjustment if necessary.However they would be matched to their maximum with the data provided by the customer.

We do not warrant unfit tailoring caused by inappropriate or incorrect measurement by the customers or misunderstanding on the part of the customer or incorrect use of metric units.If in any rare case of the garment being unfit to wear, please send an e-mail to our Customer care on wecare@stitcharts.co describing what ever changes you want. Then, you can send your clothes back to us within 30 days (in the same unused condition). We shall alter it and send it back to you at no extra alteration charge. You will however have to pay the to and fro Shipping charge for the garment. In the very rare case of tailoring errors on our part, we shall alter it free of charge and be responsible for the shipping costs. If we do not receive the product within 30 days in any case, we are not responsible for the clothes you purchased from us anymore.

We do not claim responsibility for lost / any damage, before/during the transit of goods from your place to our site.In such cases refund would become void.

• Returns & Exchanges

As custom made garments cannot be resold, we do not provide any exchange/return policy.

• Non- Refundable Policy

1. Priority Orders and Normal Orders after 12hrs of order confirmation cannot be cancelled at any cost and no refunds shall be claimed regarding the same.
2. Delivery Periods for normal orders shall be 2-3 weeks after confirmation. In rare cases, where if after your order placement there is any change in the period, the same will be notified to you by our customer care before taking the order into processing. In such cases customers have the right to cancel their order and be eligible for a refund. In no other cases, such as

• the product becomes useless if ordered for a function and it did not reach on time because of faulty entering of the delivery date at the time of booking.
• last minute alteration required and hence could not be worn for the purpose you ordered. We request to you that in such cases please plan the delivery you require accordingly.
• shall the customer be eligible for a refund.

Sizing - We do not refund for unfit tailoring caused by inappropriate or incorrect measurement by the customers or misunderstanding on the part of the customer or incorrect use of metric units.

Wash Care: Customers are requested to strictly follow the washing Instructions provided in each garment. We do not guarantee color draining of garments due to faulty washing techniques used at the customer end.

No guarantee shall be applicable for embroidery, zari work on the garments.

• Product Pricing

We (stitcharts.co) reserve complete rights to modify the pricing norm of any of the products & offered services, with or without any prior notice.

• Exchange Rates (Currency conversion)

Currency conversation rate on our website (stitcharts.co) may differ from the other currency conversion services available online or through other sources, because our exchange rates are based on the exchange rates offered by our payment processing agencies.

• Offers & Promotion

We (stitcharts.co) reserve complete rights to start/modify/cancel/apply or, not apply (for any individual order/customer) any of the promotional offer, discount or activity, with or without any prior notice. 

• Shipment Carrier

We (stitcharts.co) reserve complete rights to use/choose/change any of the shipment carrier/shipping agency for delivery order parcels to customer locations.

• Legal

Any Legal Proceedings that any costumer has to take against stitcharts.co has to be taken under Kottayam Jurisdiction and stitcharts.co, Stitch Arts and the brands it owns are the Intellectual property of the owner. Any attempt in duplicating or misuse or use without approval of the above will result in legal action.
